Bi-loup 365

The architect’s testimony:

Today, the Wrighton boatyard and naval architect “Vincent Lebailly Yacht Design” joined to create a new unit: the Bi-Loup 365:
the alliance of knowledge and renowned experience in the yachting world, with a modern and efficient design.

True pioneer in the bildge keels coastal boats, Wrighton Yachts have gradually extended their range from Bi-Loup 9m to 30, including the Bi-Loup 102 and Bi-Loup 66.
Being a reference for boatmen, Wrighton now invites us to discover the great variety of Bi-Loup 365′s, classic version and Deck Saloon version .

“We wanted to design a boat in the tradition of Bi-Loup: family sailing, simple manoeuvers, based on the solid grounding of appendages (bi-pin) while bringing modernity and innovation on hulls as well as on deck and roof.

The hull has been significantly extended to the rear to maximize space in the cockpit. We have now a pushing rig and the mast has been lowered. Line superstructure is more tense and the free board has been  raised.

Due to its generous sail plan, the boat gains in performance. In return, the site had to make concessions to reduce the weight of the boat and lower down the center of gravity, thus making the boat more stable and stiff canvas.

The expansion of the boat gives its shape stability and improves the general power under sail. Inside the boat, we privilege a real return to the sources and origins of traditional Bi-Loup.

The classic version returns within the Bi-Loup 102 with chart table / wardrobe and kitchen on high level, and saloon down to the level of the structures.

Deck Saloon version of Bi-Loup 36 is retained. “
